Dark Desire Season 3 Plot: What Is It About?
The turbulent second season keeps a semblance of a first, starting with the suicide of Julieta, Dario’s future wife. In the meantime, we get a glimpse into Oedipal hunk Dario’s past with the appearance of Lys Antoine. After twists, turns, lies and encounters, we reach the bottom of the mystery. While Lys remains in jail for Alberto’s murder, Dario finds himself handcuffed to a hospital bed after being shot by Esteban. Alma finally begins her recovery and Dario’s overwhelming presence begins to wane.
If there is a third season, it can move the story forward after Dario’s sentencing and tell the fallout. Dario could break out of prison and find himself on Alma’s trail. We haven’t fully understood the extent of Esteban’s involvement, and the possible third season may engage us more in this regard. Plus, we get to see more glimpses of Esteban’s past with Lucinda and find out if Dario is Esteban’s son. The potential third season could tell more about Alma’s healing process and she could find love again. Seeing the development of Zoe’s story arc will also be interesting since her split from Karina. Also, where does the money go after Dario’s account is blocked? Finally, the speculative third season could start with another apparent suicide and feature hotter sessions.
